1. How do I order?
It's easy! When you're browsing through the shop & see pieces you like, all you have to do is click on the thumbnails to view more information about the piece. If you'd like purchase, just click on the "Buy Now" button located right next to the item description. From there, a new window will open up & reveal your cart contents, and you can proceed to the checkout and pay directly by PayPal.
 
2. What methods of payment do you accept?
If you like you can also use your credit card through PayPal.
Do not have a PayPal account yet? Please go to
http://www.PayPal.com
and create an account. I prefer PayPal - its very safe and quick. But if you do not want to pay online under any circumstances, you can send a money order or cashier's check.
Items will be held for up to 7 business days for you.

3. When will I receive my package?
Orders are shipped within 3 business days of when your order is received, but usually even earlier than that. The rest depends on the post.

4. What if my package does not arrive?
If your insured package arrives damaged, is lost, or stolen, I will do my part to get your money back! With USPS, claims cannot be filed for lost or stolen items until 30 business days have passed since the ship date.

5. Do I take custom orders?
I do! And I love to!
The final price of your custom order will be determined by the style and stones chosen for your custom jewelry designs.
You will be given an estimate at the time of your inquiry and I will give you a definite price when your design is finalized & all of the materials are ordered to begin your custom creation.

If you have a budget you need to stay within, please let me know at the time of your inquiry!
Please also let me know if you need your jewelry by a certain date.
Please note: a non-refundable 50% deposit is required at the time of your order.

6. Returns & Exchanges
I know you love my jewelry or you are buying a gift because you think someone else will - but, in the unlikely case that you or the gift recipient wants to return the item, here's my policy:
I offer an exchange of equal or lesser value if you are not satisfied with your purchase! Please email me within 7 days of receiving your package if you'd like to exchange your item for something else. I have to receive your return package (send it back insured, with delivery confirmation! Also include the receipt that you received in your package) within 14 days of your receiving it in order to complete an exchange.
Earrings are not returnable or exchangeable for  health reasons. 

7. How do I take care of my jewelry?

Here are some tips to keep your jewelry in tip top shape!
Always put your jewelry on last. Get dressed, do your make-up  then put on your jewelry!

Don't store your jewelry in direct sunlight or even bright lights.

Store your jewelry in an air tight container or Ziplock bags. This helps prevent tarnish. Do NOT store sterling silver and 14k gold filled jewelry in the same box unless they are in a ziplock bag!

Finally, you can polish your jewelry with a variety of different things Just make sure what you choose is safe for the materials in your jewelry. Some polish can damage stones & pearls!

Sterling tarnishes over time. so you will have to polish it once in a while.

8. Do I have a mailing list?
Yes I do. You can sign up to receive all of the latest news & exclusive offers. Please make sure you follow the instructions so you receive it in your inbox!

9. I'm not receiving your newsletters or emails! What should I do?
My guess is you can thank your SPAM filters, ISP, or whatever thing it is you use for your email. You need to make sure my email address: suparnam@hotmail.com is added to your safe senders list or white list.
